• IPGen REQUEST FORM

  • Please answer the following questions to determine your IPGen access eligibility and request a subscription.

    TEDCO provides a free 1-year subscription to startups with a technology aspect located in the State of Maryland (including life sciences, cybersecurity, software, manufacturing, and more).

    Eligibility (must be 1 of the first 3 AND #4):

    1. (1) Established companies or (2) Individuals preparing IP work before establishing a company that want to file intellectual property with the intent of using the results of the research to apply for funding from TEDCO; OR
    2. Companies that have received funding from TEDCO, or companies in which TEDCO holds an equity or debt interest, or that otherwise have contractual obligations to TEDCO resulting from a TEDCO grant, loan, or investment; OR
    3. Companies or Entrepreneurs participating in one of TEDCO’s entrepreneurial support programs.
    4. AND The company must be located in the state of Maryland. More than 50% of employees must be located within the state of Maryland, if applicable. 

    If you are requesting access on behalf of your company, you will need your company's TEDCO ID to fill out this form. If your company is not currently registered with a TEDCO ID, please register here.

    I understand that Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO) has made available IPGen for Entrepreneurs & Start-ups Program as a resource to eligible Maryland-based entrepreneurs and start-up businesses.  I understand that I will be using IPGen’s products at my own risk and that TEDCO does not control and is not responsible or liable in any way for the use or performance of the product.  I agree that TEDCO will not be liable for any damages or harm that may result from using the IPGen product.
